Hello, i need to know what's the problem with my package number CP357074471CN it's been almost two months and is still in shangai mail exchange can u help me with this?

China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
