Package still hasn't made it to destination

I shipped my package from US on march 23rd...the package made to to Shanghai on the 31st of march...there have been no more updates and now when I look up my tracking number nothin comes up...I need a number so i can call and see what's going cuz I cant get my refund until it reaches the seller
