On October 14th 2020 I have ordered something online which would be shipped with China Post. They gave me tracking number RV505253756CN
It’s June 9th 2021 already and I still haven’t received the package. I have tried reaching out to the seller (LightInTheBox) who I have ordered from in the past but I keep getting the same automatically generated email reply saying that it might take a week or two longer due to COVID. Two weeks would have been fine but 8 months in insane. Inquiries with the local post office haven’t helped either.
Could someone please tell me where my package is and when I can expect to receive it?

Hi there,
My packages apparently arrived at the UK sorting centre in October after I ordered them in September (so they were already taking a while to get here, but it's expected/understandable). Why have they still not arrived to me? The tracking shows that they have been stuck in the sorting centre here in the UK since October - that's two months! But I had two packages I ordered afterwards make it through to me. What's going on? Royal Mail hasn't received it but seller says it's in the country.
