Hi, my package EB713841635CN says its departed from sorting centre, and its almost been 2 months now, Please help me locate it or advice me on how to locate the item, as the sender is not helping.

Last update says it has been exported sealed but it does not say delivered to air transport.
The abbreaviated tracking says it has departed China but the the time stamp is the same as for the exported sealed entry. Is it stuck in Guangzhou waiting for a flight?

It's still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, EMS are delayed for 1 - 2 months now. I suggest you contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it before May 1.
