It passed the customs check on Nov.12 and is in transit in the US now. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Why is my package is stuck in customs? (2 replies)

I am mailing a package back to the company which I purchased clothing online, because it didn’t fit. The company will not refund me until they receive the package, but it is stuck in customs, and they refuse to contact customs to get it. Why is my package stuck in customs? Why isn’t it being delivered? It has been in customs since 8/6/2020.
