My package EB752202912CN was shipped on Sept 6 and got an update says “arrival at the destination” on 20 and just stuck there for a week now, what happened?

I’m sorry but, there’s custom made product in that package, which means it is somehow irreplaceability and pricy…I really don’t want it to be lost, since it will cause a lot of trouble. I just want to make sure that the package is not lost for now. Please understand.
