LS327090073CN shows Shanghai, delivered to air transport on May 10, 2020. Has it left China yet. I have ordered this on April 26,2020 and yet to receive it.
Can you please give me the status update for this package.

Hi rumman1234,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

Could you please advise the status of my item. When I checked your website the status tracking said, "Cleared and waiting for international departure". This was on the 2nd of April, it has 12 days and there has been no tracking status update. Could you please help
