Hello I wanted to check on my package. It has not been updated since 10/22/21. Tracking number UU285178347CN. Thank you for your help with this.

Hi Nicole M,

It's sent by using a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China or after it arrives in the US. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

Could you please advise the status of my item. When I checked your website the status tracking said, "Cleared and waiting for international departure". This was on the 2nd of April, it has 12 days and there has been no tracking status update. Could you please help
