hello! i’ve been stuck on that message since July 5th as well. everyone has been having delays lately as China just had another COVID outbreak, as well as ports being filled with vaccines. it’s saying July 23rd as the ETA, but i doubt it’ll arrive to you then. best of luck! :)

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
