Package status hasn’t updated in a week

I ordered something on shein and it has been in transit at ShenZhen2 sorting centre since Feb.2. Normally my packages spend a day there. It has been over a week and the status hasn’t updated since. Is this lost or stuck?

Is AS204369273CN the right tracking number? There is no tracking information for it.
