Package status hasn’t changed for 3 weeks

Hi,
My package LZ633873719CN says it has left for its destination via flight almost 3 weeks ago and there still hasn’t been an update on its status. Do you know what’s going on with the order? Should I open a disunite?

Hi David,

I suggest you wait for more days to get update. It's in transit to Canada now. There will be update when it arrives in Canada.
