Hi. My package has been stuck at "Dongguan City, ´Dongguan International Swap Bureau and Exchange Station´ has been exported directly" for over a month now, since the 21st of March. When could I expect my package to leave an airport? My tracking ID is RV366198908CN, thanks in advance.

Hi jannek,

It has left China and is in transit to Finland now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
