The merchant shipped it via China Post. Once it arrived and was cleared by customs at roughly 4 am, was moved to the processing center and has not moved since March 28th. What should I expect? Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and can file for reimbursement for up to 120 days after payment was tendered.

Hi there. I am wondering why my expensive purchase has been sitting dormant in the Weifeng EXPRESS Processing Center for weeks now? Please dont tell me 'wait because Covid', I would like my parcel to see some export action. For warranty purposes, I need this shipped NOW. As a consumer, i expected it within a reasonable timeframe. Tracking # EV952984891CN. Please get my parcel out from collecting dust at the 'processing center' and on a plane here to me please, this delay is really an unacceptable waste of time. There is nothing EXPRESS about this.
