Package sitting at JFK

Hello There!

I have a package that has had a status of being at JFK since October 25th. I was curious to know if it is possible to get a more accurate ETA as to when it will be shipped to Florida.

Hi KelseyFaye,

It's delayed at JFK. I sugest you wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck for over 20 days, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
