Package shows “plane entered port” & “arrival at destination”

Hi I ordered a package since mid november which was supposed to arrive one week after but it’s been 67 days in transit is there any information on the whereabouts of my package LV371093785CN it says arrival at destination in one tracking app and in another it’s says the plane entered the port

Hi Haig,

It's wrong translation. It hasn't arrived in UK. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in UK.
