Hello, my package status doesn’t shows an update and it almost a month. The last update was “The plane entered the port since 2021-04-09 14:36”. The tracking number is EA531786515CN. Could you tell me more detail how’s my package condition?

Hello, my package EB749268264CN has been stuck in “Arrival at destination” status since July 21. On 17track it says “The plane entered the port.” Can someone tell me which destination or port the tracking is referring to? It’s not in Canada as Canada Post does not have it.
