Package showing as delivered but was never received

Hello --
I need your help locating a package with tracking number EV994630149CN.
It shows as signed for and delivered to a mailroom, but my office does not sign for packages and I never received the package. Have made numerous calls to the USPS, and today was told that an international inquiry would need to be opened. Is this something you can please help with?
