Package should have be delivered, but we were not home

The package DU9100525389YM should have been delivered on Sept. 7th. We have not been at home and our neighbors also did not receive it. The sender said they can't do anything. What can I do? Who signed the package?

It's shipped by Zhong You Ya Mao Logisitcs (中邮亚贸). If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you.

I ordered something from Amazon and it’s getting delivered through China post. They said they attempted to deliver 2 times. One at 6:30am. We were home but sleeping. I have ordered something and i’m not going to be home for the time it’ll be delivered as i’m on holiday, no one else will be home so could they either put it in the letter box or can I send it to another address with a different post code
