Package shipping status hasn't updated in 4 weeks

Hi, my package hasn't moved at all ever since October 17th with the status "Plane has landed". The seller has told me that the package is going through customs and assured me the package isn't lost but it's almost been a month now and no one I contacted so far has helped. The tracking number is LJ001604674CN and I have no idea on who should I contact next. Keep in mind I'm Mexico, and calling to China Post's line costs me so that's not an option for me.
