package sent from sg to nanjing

Hi, my tracking number is RC699228340SG and I've sent it since dec 13th and i do not think the parcel has reached my reciepient, it had been stuck in the nanjing processing center since 20th dec, could it be that it is missing???

Hi hazel,

You'd better contact the recipient call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 to get English Service) to ask what happened to it.
