Package sent from Ireland with tracking and unable to track via china post

I paid A Post Irish postal service for tacked package to return an item of clothing to China (retail). Since leaving Ireland I have been told to track via China Post but am unable. The tracking number I have is

It's waiting for the receiver to pay tax now. You'd better also notice the receiver to do that.
