Package seems to be stuck

I've got this status: "Guangzhou City, leaving the Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center, the next stop of the Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)" for the last 13 days. Can anybody tell me whats happening and how long it will take before the package arrives?

Hi Captainplus,

You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
