Tracking number is AM374428055CN. Was supposed to be delivered to my home address and wasn’t. I need to know where do I go pick it up from.

OMG please help I've waited forever for my package AM373278836CN and now it says to pick it up from the nearest pick up location I have absolutely no idea where that is. Can anyone tell me where my package is so I can give my step-son his overdue birthday present.
