Package says handed over to carrier 4 weeks ago and no new update since

Hello I need help with my package. It said handed over to the carrier and I haven't received no update since then and it been 3 weeks. My tracking number is EB800246535CN. It said it usually take 6 to 26 days to arrive and I had ship 2 items at the same time I received one of the packages 1 week ago while this one still stuck on handed to the carrier for more than 21 days
