Package Says Delivered, Wrong State (USA)

Package is coming up as "delivered" but it says it was delivering the state of Texas. I live in New York. There is no further tracking number, only the China Post tracking. Does China Post deliver locally in the USA? My tracking # is AQ423407442CN.
