Package says delivered. I never received it.

I’m still waiting on a package that I did not receive. It says delivered, but nothing was delivered to my home address. I can’t track it down. I’m in New York, it came from China. USPS can’t track it at all. Can someone please help me with this issue. AT062922818CN

My tracking info says it's been delivered. I never received it. It doesn't tell me where it got delivered, just says delivered. Says it's from USPS, they say they never received it. My package is saying that it was delivered on 10/18 (it's the 24th now) and I still have not received it. All answers I've received is "it says it was delivered".
