Package says delivered but not arrived

My package was marked as delivered on the 17the of june. I was all day at home and nobody delivered a package at my address. I ask my neighbors and also didn’t receive a package. My trackingnumber is LV782863976CN
I contacted the seller and he wasn’t helpful. Hopefully someone can help me with this matter.
