Package says delivered but item is not received

I have two packages that day delivered but were not. Tracking number
AT112772336CN and AT100666834CN. I need to find packages and resolve this situation. Thank you

Item not received. Tracing no.AM 506726302CN. Even though show as delivered .Take action to deliver the item. I saw that as per tracking the parcel was delivered on 10th september 2024. I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.
