Package says delivered but I didn’t receive it

I ordered a processor and it says it was delivered yesterday at 4 pm, I was home then and didn’t receive any packages.
My tracking code is AM346295772CN

The status of the above package according to the package tracker: Delivered.
But I didn't take it, I didn't get anything. The neighbor didn't pick it up either, the post office doesn't know about it, I didn't receive any prior phone or written notification about the delivery either.
