China post says it was delivered yesterday but I was at home all day and it wasn't. I just want to know it it was given to somebody(in that case that person must have given some personal information) or if it has been delivered to a pick up point.

According to the tracking information, AQ019574350CN was delivered on July 12. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Spain. Then, use the number to check with your local post service about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
