Package says delieverd and was not

Tracking number AM663428874CN says it was delivered on 12/27 in the early evening but this was never delievered and my neighbors never got it by accident either. I need help knowing what happened since I cannot reach the seller.

I want to know winch compagnie did try to delieverd it to me because thé 19 th novembre thé country off belgium liège, doesn't delieverd anything, and that because it was sunday and it IS a weekend .
