Package says “Arrive at sorting center in destination country” for two months

My package, UT495943241TH, has been in transit for 70 days now. It hasn’t had a shipping update since 2/14/2022 and says “arrived at sorting center in destination country”. Is there a chance this package is lost? What are the appropriate steps to take to ensure delivery or finding info on shipping. Thanks!

Hi Ryanaroberts1218,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in the US. So, you can't get more update after Feb.14. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.
