Package saying flight arrival

My tracking LZ990271114CN has been saying since 20th August 2021 flight arrival but still no update and don’t have my parcel? What does it mean flight arrival? And EMS are saying in transit ?//
Please can someone help

Hi Donna,

It's in the middle location now. It has been stuck for over two months. You need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
