I have had a package ( LB002608377CN) say it is sat at the land to ground processing center since the 2021-03-12. can you advise why and what needs to be done to get this item moving again. the package has been in transit since 2021-02-10

Hello, I wanted to if RV4626064914CN because when I go on 17 tracknet it says they're is no information on the tracking number but the seller said that its being delivered by ocean freight is that why I can't see the updates on the tracking number?
