My package has been "handed over to forwarding agent" for a few weeks, and now when I check it shows that it has been returned a few times and handing back to the forwarding agent. I would like to clarify the status of my package and get a time frame for when it will be arriving, or if it will arrive at all.

You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
