Hi Shari,

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for many times. It will be returned back again. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.

On 2-02-23, I received an update of "Return Package dispatched". Then on the 6th, I got an update of "Package Return, Pickup by Shipper". Then on the 10th, I got my most recent update of "Package return, Delivered". I did not receive my package, nor did anyone in my house find a package, and I was thrown off by the part of the update that said "package return/ return package". Is this normal?
