Hello,
I bought an item in Japan and send it to a warehouse in China, this is the tracking number:
RX067132330JP
The status from October 22 says "Retention" What can I do to request the delivery of the package? I can't contact China Post or Japan Post directly, because I live in Colombia. so I'd appreciate your support to solve this problem. Thanks.

The delivery was failed. You need to contact the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to ask for a re-delivery.

I have sent back back a package for a refund from sender in China, however it is stuck at 2021-11-02 14:29 Guangzhou City, import customs retention pending inspection with no reason for being held. Tracking number is RO175939580TH
