I suggest you wait for another 10-20 days to see if there is any update. If it's stuck there, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
