Hi, my package has been stuck at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station for a week now, is it in transit or is it just not moving anywhere? If it is transit, when will I get my package? If it is stuck, why and when will it start to deliver to Australia? Seller said it is shipped using EMS service. Tracking ID: EA930222779CN

You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

My package has been stuck in Beijingshi since 31st of March. My tracking number is EA529274234CN and EA529274353CN. This shipping is supposed to deliver to Mongolia. Since it is stuck at Sorting center because of COVID-19, Can I change the shipping address to Erlainhaote city, 011100, Xilinguole League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Mainland China. Please respond to me as soon as possible. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You couldn't receive them. EA529274234CN and EA529274353CN were returned back to the seller on July 25 and July 27 seperately. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send them again to you) as soon as possible.
