Package not received, although it is said "delivered'

I haven't received my package. However, it is said: "delivered" (tracking number: AQ110567629CN). I have already checked with the neighbors; they don't have the package. Could you please provide me with the phone number and the of the postal office that made the delivery? Here in Salt Lake City, Utah exists, many postal office brands, and I don't know which one made the delivery. Thank you.

Hi Santiago Jurado,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
