I have a tracking number AS160099433CN that shows delivered, but I never received the package. Can you verify what address the package was shipped to?

Hi Jessica Samaroo,

Sorry, we couldn't check the address the package was shipped to. We could only see it was delivered on Jan. 16. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
