Package not received

Hi. I am from Mongolia. My name is Bulgan. There are few packages from USA, Montana USPS office sent to me in February. When I check the tracking they are still in Beijing since 2nd of March. I don't know why. Could you please check them and send me as soon as possible. Or else I will call you by phone. It's very urgent.

It may be stuck in Beijing since the address is not so clear. You'd better contact China Post （86 10 11185 then 8 for English service) to check it.

Actually the address is very clear. Because previously so many packages received to my address from this person. Also when I called to this China post it is answering in Chinese which I don't understand. And I continued 8 to English but still talking in Chinese. Could you please call the China post on behalf of me.
What are the tracking numbes of the packages?
