Package NoT received

I have been home all day and my ring bell shows no package delivered but the tracking shows delivered at 3.28.25 at 21.45p. Ring bell recording shows NO deliver. How do i get my refund or get my item.

Hi Econdes92,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution (refund you or find it for you) as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
