My tracking number shows package delivered but I have not received. How do I get my parcel and whom to contact now. My seller is not responding to any of my queries .

Tracking says they were delivered mid July but that is not correct. I am housebound and have not received anything from BLACKTOZL. On July 11th, I received an email stating “Your order is on the way” but still have not received. Please Advise!!
