Package not received

I have tracked my package AG983003611CN and it according to China post it was delivered today. I am working from home and no parcel has been delivered. Can you please let me know where it is. Thank you

Hi Sarah d,

It was delivered to England Carlton NG41JP on July 31. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
