I ordered a Raised Bed online and paid for it.
I received an email saying that product was delivered.
I never received the product.
I went to the post office and they said that ORDER # 230421043208893 tracking # AG069083234CN has not been delivered by them.
They said that the item was too large for them to handle and that Ups or Fedex would be a better choice.
They also said that tracking # AG069083234CN was an international tracking number.
Please help me.

AG069083234CN was delivered In SAINT GEORGE, UT84790 on May 8. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
