HI. I HAVE A PACKAGE VIA CHINA POST WITH TRACKING NUMBER:AS811312018CN. UPON CHECKING ONLINE, IT'S ALREADY DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. NO ONE CALLED AND NO SMS RECEIVED.
I TRIED CALLING THE CHINA POST CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH.
I CONTACTED THE SELLER AS WELL BUT THEY ADVISED TO CONTACT THE LOCAL POST OFFICE AS THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CONTROL WITH THE SAID SHIPMENT.
I CALLED LOCAL POST OFFICE AND THEY'RE NOT ABLE TO TRACK THE SAID PACKAGE.
IT'S VERY FRUSTATING.
PLEASE CHECK AND LOCATE MY PACKAGE ASAP!
