Package not received

The tracking app says my package has been delivered in Hayward California. Does this mean the carrier has changed and package will be on its way or it’s been delivered to someone else? I live in Oklahoma.

Hi Steph,

If it shows it has been delivered, it means it has been delivered to the receiver. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
