package not received

I live in Oklahoma. I purchased an item that is coming from China. It is now in Frankfurt Germany and has made it through customs. It says it was delivered successfully. It is still in Germany and I am in oklahoma. I checked my address it is correct. Tried to contact seller. No response yet. What do I do now?

Tracking says they were delivered mid July but that is not correct. I am housebound and have not received anything from BLACKTOZL. On July 11th, I received an email stating “Your order is on the way” but still have not received. Please Advise!!
