Hi, I ordered a package which I have not received. When I check the tracking number on your site it tells me that the package was delivered on Oct 18. What can I do? Is there a proof it was delivered? I have not received anything. I need that package as it is for a child. Let me know what can be done

Hi Dragos Pirvan,

According to the tracking information, AS731418520CN was delivered on October 18 in Edmonton. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
