Package not moving

My package AS676837890CN has been at the US Destination Transit Center since Oct. 18. It's still within the very generous shipping estimate, but I'm concerned that it hasn't moved in over 6 weeks. Is there a problem?

Hi bookw0rm,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

Does "five days" mean only working days ( Mon- Fri) ?
